A day to remember!
There is a lot that goes into planning that perfect day. You are getting married and the Day-Of is a perfect option if you want to plan the majority of your wedding, but you need a professional to pull it all together so you can enjoy every moment without a care in the world. Starting 1 – 2 months out, our Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator will meet with you for a comprehensive consultation.
Vendor Confirmation and Coordination
Don’t sweat the details!
Starting six weeks out from the day of the event we will meet to review and finalize the details of the vendor contracts you previously hired. To make sure that the day unfolds without a hitch we will construct and confirm your wedding day timeline. The day-of-coordinator will also be present for a final venue walk-through, the rehearsal and the entire day of the wedding.

On your wedding day we will be the 1st to arrive and the last to leave while overseeing every small detail. As your “point person”, our team will be in constant communication with you and all of your vendors leading up to and including the day of the wedding. As personal assistants to the Bride and Groom, we will address your every request, provide a day-of-emergency kit, and efficiently handle any unforeseen hiccups.
The timeline will be designed to synchronize the venue, vendors, and the ceremony to make sure everyone is at the right place at the right time. We will orchestrate set-up, choreograph and direct the ceremony processional, and supervise the breakdown.

We recommend talking to a wedding planner shortly after getting engage to secure a date and venue for your big day. Dates are booked well in advance and the sooner we begin the planning the better.
